Information we use
We use your account information, the content you submit and information about your use of VoxBrief to provide and protect the service. This includes your recordings, links, transcripts, documents and saved preferences.
Service providers
We use third-party services for sign-in, hosting, content processing and email delivery. Your recordings and text may be processed by AI services to provide the features you request. These services receive information needed for those purposes and handle it under their applicable privacy terms. Signing in does not give VoxBrief access to your mailbox.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep your library content so you can access it. You can download your documents and delete recordings. Deleted content is removed from your active library; recovery copies may remain for up to 60 days. Third-party services may have their own retention periods.
